That was pretty epic but I think my favourites (out of a lot mind you) was New Earth or Journey's End.

I didn't really like New Earth. It wasn't that fascinating.

My favourite episodes were:

With Christopher Eccleston: The Empty Child and The Doctor Dances
With David Tennant: Blink, Love and Monsters, The Sound of Drums and Last of the Time Lords.

Okay if I have to choose one it would be too hard to choose just one.
