by Malcolm 7 days agoBelated thanks to those kind people who commented on my Ducks and Warlock stories, I stumbled across them by chance today. Somehow I managed to miss your replies, possibly under the onslaught of new material in the Critiques forum. I appreciate your time and effort in taking the trouble.
I thought it bes to make my thanks here rather than renew some long dead threads. Thanks again. -
by Has'san 29 days agoFinally, i read the small dilemma. I apologize for not being able to reply in the forum directly(my mobile wouldn't let me) i hope you won't mind if i comment here. It was an easy read thats why i enjoyed it a lot. I would echo Greyowl. Thats a good start and i hope it would continue the same way. I was, however, a little disappointed realizing that it would not be fantasy fiction even from a fantasy writer but then i am following my brother's to be more sensible and less fun.

by Has'san 1 month agoThanks a lot Malcolm for reading the whole big chapter of mine. I am glad that you were able to read it fully even so while you struggled to do so. And I am pleased that you liked the story so far, hope it continues the same way. And thanks for the suggestions(hints) on how to improve the sentences you gave me. I am trying to improve my English day by day, lets hope one day I stand where you people do or a at least a little lower.
Thanks again.

by Weens 1 month agoI'm managing to muddle through thanks Malcolm. I've finished the course now. Looking to do the next level one which starts next October. I would really like to get my book finished before then, but I am concentrating on some short stories now. If I can get one printed, it would help my CV for when I start submitting the book. Are you writing anything?

by Has'san 1 month agoIf you got time you can read mine also, its no longer in the forum but its in my blogs. But my English might trouble you a lot (I am an overseas writer).

by Has'san 1 month agoI will surely read them, but i am a slow reader and do a lot of things at one time which surely be slowing me down. Just be patient, and you will have what i have to say about your topics.
